Promotion begins on 06/13/11 12:01AM and ends on 09/14/11 11:59PM ("Promotion Period"). To enter the contest, "follow" the promotion's Twitter account, @AustinAirRescue, available at http://twitter.com/#!/AUSTINAIRRESCUE, and RT the promotional tweet with the hashtag #WinAustinAirRescue , mention the sponsor @AustinAirRescue and the contest link. 1 additional entry can be received by "liking" the sponsors Facebook page and entering the required contest info on www.DrainAndAirRescue.com contest landing tab. To be chosen as a daily Semi-finalist through twitter, all entries must contain #WinAustinAirResuce, and be submitted between 12:01am and midnight Central Time ("CT") during the duration of the promotion. This contest is solely sponsored by Drain & Air Rescue and in no way is affiliated with Austin City Limits Music Festival or any of its affiliates. The contest is posted by Sponsor's Twitter account as well as by "Like" on sponsors Facebook page. Limit: one entry per person/day/website. Each daily semi-finalist will be picked and announced via Twitter and Facebook.

Entrants must be legal US residents, and at least 21 years of age or older, to participate. Officers and employees of Drain and Air Rescue (the "Sponsor"), and their immediate family members, are not eligible to win. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, destroyed or misdirected entries. Odds of winning each day will depend on the total number of daily entries received.

Prize/Conditions: A daily random drawing will be held the following day at/around 12:00 PM CT from among all eligible entries received from the previous day's entries, in order to select one (1) semi-finalist. There will be one (1) semi-finalists each day per site entry of the Promotion Period for a total of ninety four (94) semi-finalists. Out of the semi-finalists 1 Grand Prize winner and 1 Runner up winner will be randomly selected at/around 12:00 PM CT on 09/15/11.

ONE GRAND PRIZE winner will receive 1 pair of 3 day passes to the Austin City Limits 2011 live music Festival in Austin, Tx. September 16th-18th.

ONE Runner Up winner will receive 1 pair of Day passes for the Sunday concert lineups. At Austin City Limits 2011 live music Festival in Austin, Tx.

The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes being awarded is $780.

Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email via Twitter Direct message or through the Sponsors Facebook page, and will have 24 hours within which to respond, after which time an alternate winner will be selected. No transfer or substitution of prize will be allowed. Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the name, photograph and likeness of any entrant and/or the winner for promotional purposes without further compensation. All taxes on prize, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. All entrants agree to "hold harmless" the Sponsor and agents affiliated with this promotion for any and all damages that may result from acceptance of the prize offered, or participation in the promotion.
