Water Softeners

Having a Water Softener can be a great solution in eliminating hard water in your home. Hard water is a type of water that has high mineral content that primarily consist of calcium and magnesium, and sometimes other dissolved compounds such as bicarbonates and sulfates. Hard water in your home can lead to clogged pipes due to scaling or soap to form a sticky scum that reduces the soap's ability to lather.

Some of the benefits of the water softeners that we use include:

Unique High Flow Capacity- which makes our water softeners up to building codes, which most softeners are not.

No Flow Drops due to undersized systems during times of high usage.

Properly sized Water Softening Systems - this will solve many of the problems associated with water softeners purchased from big box stores which usually include: flow drops, hard-water bleed, and excessive water usage.

Lower salt usage - saving time and money.

Water Softener Maintenance

Because your water softener can expand the life of household appliances such as washing machines as well as increase the life span of pipelines, it is recommended that regular maintenance and upkeep of your water softening unit is performed. On average water softeners are checked once a month to ensure the salt levels are adequate. The more often a softener is regenerated, the more often salt needs to be added. It is recommended that the salt level should be kept at least half-full at all times. If salt levels are normal and your water is still not softening then other factors such as softener resins, ion exchanger resins, or softener malfunction may be the cause. It is recommended you contact a licensed professional for all water softener repair or replacement issues you may encounter.
